We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are not you can return all or part of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

For health and safety reasons, products which have had their protective seals, strips or wraps removed or damaged, cannot be returned.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/promotional items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
