What are ‘sustainable’ natural products?

Products made from ingredients and synthetics derived from plants, vegetable extracts, raw materials and essential oils. Formulated without animal byproducts or harmful chemicals, using sustainably and ethically-sourced ingredients. That are considered safe and do not pose a risk to human health or to the environment.

What is 'Greenwashing'

Greenwashing is taking an existing product and spinning its environmentally-friendly virtues even if there are none. All A-chromiq products have been created and developed from scratch to adhere to our strict guidelines. There is no deception to our customers, only transparency.

Are all A-chromiq products vegan?

All A-chromiq products and fragrances are vegan, clean and cruelty-free. 
We never test on animals.

What are clean products?

Clean beauty refers to products that are 'clean of harmful ingredients'. We use a strict list of blocked ingredients, which is ever evolving.

Do you offer free samples?

Not currently.

Our 10mL bottles make a perfect introduction to our fragrance collection. Whilst our scented blotters give you a quick and affordable idea of the scents.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we ship to: UK, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

International express shipping is available, but may attract import duties.

When can I expect to receive my order?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives in perfect condition. From time to time accidents happen. If there is a problem with your delivery contact our Customer Care team.

Can I edit or cancel my order after payment has been processed?

If you contact us within 1 hour of your order placement we may be able to amend your order. Please contact our Customer Care team and we will try to help you.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not we accept returns on orders made within 14-days. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept an opened product.

If the product is unopened, in the original wrapping and unmarked we can offer you a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. If the product is damaged or faulty please contact Customer Care Team.

How do I make a return?

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once a refunded has been accepted, you can expect to receive the payment to your bank within 5-10 working days.
