A clean prestige vegan, gender neutral fragrance brand with perfumes designed in collaboration with master perfumer Nathalie Feisthauer who’s worked on many well-known creations from Hermès to Comme des Garçons.
A-chromiq currently has 3 fragrances:
ODR—211 Lucent - Light citrusy, very invigorating and sparkling
Notes: Grapefruit, Mandora, Cilantro, Rhubarb, Aldehydes, Vetiver, Intense Wood.
ODR—212 Florescent - Soft floral-fruity, gentle and seductive
Notes: Rose, Carrot, Cardamom, Raspberry, Lychee, Geranium and Cedar wood.
ODR—213 Opaque - Woody, the most interesting one!
Notes: Amber, Gaiacwood, Birch, Bergamot, Cinnamon, Gourmand, Vanilla and Tonka Bean.
Honestly, all 3 are so beautifully crafted, it’s hard to choose a favourite!
I settled for ODR—213 Opaque as woody fragrances are my comfort zone, however unlike anything in my collection, this one smells so light and transparent. I pick up the tar leathery, smokey note but only ever so slightly; when you see notes like amber, vanilla and tonka bean you’d think this is a very sweet heavy base but it’s not. Everything is perfectly balanced but with serious depths because this fragrance from opening to dry down takes you on a journey. It’s almost like having a beautiful plate of dessert at a Michelin star restaurant, so carefully decorated with only the essential ingredients, each bite makes you more immersed in the experience.
These fragrances are so worth trying out, their 10mL bottles make a perfect introduction to the collection if you need a bit of persuasion.
